Clark College in Vancouver offers this service through their culinary arts department (360-992-2220).
Portland Community College is another school with this service.
Some hotels and reception venues offer catering as part of their package. This could save you the hassel, time, and money of hiring your own caterer. Also, check with your reception venue before hiring a caterer. Some venues may require you to choose from a pre-approved list of catering services.
Don't overlook details such as napkins, drinks, mints, decorations, bottle openers, and favors. These details will be included with some caterers and will be left up to you by others. Some of these detail items are available using the images on the right.
